Mastery comes with
practice.

Software development, as any other team effort, can only be efficient if the team communicates effectively, plans what they do and learns from their experiences. Mastery comes from practice and I’ve got a lot of it.

About me

Why work with me

Scrum Partners will guide your team towards
excellence and synergy

The Scrum Partners’ mission in every project I join is to embed the team in the scrum framework in a way that our role can quickly become redundant. My usual coaching lasts around 3 to 6 months after which the in-house scrum master should be confident in continuing the work without our involvement. I do encourage my clients to include me in the monthly process calibration sessions to ensure that scrum is done by the book and that everyone is on the same page.

Launching a project

I help lay the foundations for a scalable scrum environment. With Scrum Partners you and your team will quickly embrace every aspect of scrum in software development – saving you future headaches, improving delivery times and boosting your bottom line.
